We just opened our company back in November 2007 and I am using your company as a model for how we should serve our own customers. I really like the fact that I receive calls every now and again asking me if I am happy with the Load Link and if there are any concerns that I need addressed. In this industry excellent customer service is very rare and it doesn't have to be that way. I want our customers to be as satisfied with our service as I am with yours.

Hello Karen, I thought I would give you my thoughts about the load match program from TransCore Link Logistics. Even through we had a few contacts already which we wanted to work with, the decision to add the “Link” to the dispatch side was amazing. Within 20 mins of being posted, brokers were calling. As we set aside 5% for office expenses, the revenue generated, more than covers the cost of the program subscription. As with the side features, the tools are good for making decisions whether you want to take the freight or not.
Now as for the people at TransCore, you can’t find more helpful contacts. They answered my many questions, they call me to see how things are going or if I’m having problems with the program.
To sum it all up, on the wants or needs list, I feel it’s a “must have”. Sincerely,

I've been aware of this site for a long time, and finally took the plunge. I'm glad I did. To begin with, the people at TransCore Link really know this industry, they're involved, helpful, and in touch with the challenges that we face everyday in trucking. As a result, they have put in place, stringent requirements for site approval and access. At first, I was a little put off by these recommendations, but soon realized the importance of such requests. Imagine the peace of mind I could have when booking loads with new clients from across the country. The security of knowing that TransCore Link did their homework, as well as providing further tools such as credit searches, make using TransCore Link the most effective way to improve, and accelerate our business.

I would like to pass along my heartfelt thanks to your staff... Mainly Heather P. for all her help and patience. She was extremely courteous and her service was second to none. Although I was a bit of a pest in asking her questions and asking her to explain the theory behind most of her answers, she was extremely pleasant at all times... and very cooperative.
As well as someone from the tech side of the house, Jean-Francois J. who's patience far outweighs the patience of Jobe. I'm no computer guru but he walked me through everything that I needed to make happen and presto... all my computer link problems have been repaired.
