As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for the right individual to fill the position of Bilingual Customer Service - Inside Sales Representative.

The responsibilities for this position include handling incoming customer inquiries, routine technical questions and performing outgoing customer service and sales calls to existing customers. If you thrive in a busy environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, enthusiastic individual, who is a good team player and also works well with minimal supervision. You have a positive attitude and are proficient in English and French (oral & written skills). You will be customer service oriented with a professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills. A strong knowledge of personal computers is a requirement. Transportation experience would be considered an asset.
